About Me
I am a freelance writer, who also holds a Bachelor of Health Promotion, Graduate Certifcate in Human Nutrition and a yoga teaching qualification. I am also an avid traveller, as I fully appreciate the health benefits travelling can bring. I often write about how health intersects with travel.
My works have appeared in The Age, The Guardian, Mamamia, Body and Soul, Popsugar and more.
Passionate about health and wellbeing, I specialise in creating content that increases awareness of these topics and inspires positive actions towards improving community health and wellbeing.
